Hello White Ashians,
As the calendar turns to May, we wanted to send you a quick hello from White Ash and let you know that everything is still on track for us to begin delivery of the printed copies of the book next month. Kraken Print, our multi-limbed and talented printer, has assured us that the books are finished and are on their way. So as soon the ship, train, trucks, customs people, etc. are done with them, we here at White Ash HQ (Los Angeles branch) will jump into action.
As always, we'll keep you posted with updates. If anything in terms of that time table changes, you'll be the first to know. But everything else, aside from Chapter Two, is ready to ship out, so we don't anticipate any delays.
Speaking of everything else, here's a little peak at a couple more items that just arrived...
We can assure you, these look even better in person. And when you combine them with the coasters, magnets and prints, this is shaping up to be a pretty swag-tastic Kickstarter package.

First batch of KS goodies have arrived from the printer

Hello White Ashians,
We just wanted to send you a quick update on where we are with everything as we head into the weekend. By now, all of you should have received a link to download your pdfs of Chapter One and Two. If you haven't, check your Backerkit account. If you can't find it there, drop us a line and we'll get you a link ASAP.
Chapter Two is with our printer. As soon as we get an update from them as to when it will ship to us, we'll let you know. But for now, you should assume we're on track for a June delivery of the print copies.
And speaking of prints, the art prints have just gotten back from our printer and they look fabulous.
And keeping with theme of things that look fabulous, Conor is almost finished with the trading cards. Here's a little taste of those...
Magnets and coasters should be arriving next week, we'll shoot you a peek as soon as we have those in hand. And the production of the Deluxe PDF is well underway. That should be distributed sometime in May.

PDF's are out

Hello White Ashians,
I'll make this one short and sweet, the PDF's for Chapter Two have dropped. Look for an email from BackerKit with your download link. For those of you new to White Ash, there should also be a link to the deluxe PDF of Chapter One. (We suggest you read that one first)
Conor, Fin and I hope you enjoy the book. We're really thrilled with how the second installment turned out. The book is going to be sent out to the printer tomorrow. We'll keep you posted with updates as to its progress. Please reach out if you don't receive an email from backer kit.

Get your survey in by Friday

Hello White Ashians,
Thank you so much to the 381 of you who have already answered your Backerkit surveys. For those of you who haven't yet completed them, hi there. Could you please compete them by the end of the week? As soon as we have all the surveys in, we can begin the distribution process. To that end, if you'd like your name included in the backers section of the PDF for Chapter Two, you must get those surveys in by end of day Friday.
We're going to put the PDF of Chapter Two together over the weekend, with the goal of sending it out on Monday or Tuesday. For those backers whose pledge tiers included a PDF of Chapter One, that will be available at the same time.
If you haven't received your Backerkit survey, let us know ASAP. We're happy to send you a direct link.
So excited to get you the next chapter in the White Ash adventure.

Surveys are coming tomorrow

Hello White Ashians,
Well, after a week, Kickstarter has finished their thing. And by their thing, we mean processing all the credit cards (thank you again). So now it's time for us to start ours.
Tomorrow morning the surveys will be going out from Backerkit. If you don't see yours by 12pm EST, check your junk mail. If you don't see it there, shoot us a email and let us know. It's really important that you fill them out, that way we'll be able to get your address so we can send you your rewards. It's also how we make sure that we get the proper spelling of your name/ how you'd like to be listed in the backer's section of our PDF for Chapter Two.
And yes, there will be an opportunity to add items on to your order. So for all those who asked about getting an extra print copy of White Ash, this is your chance. You will also have the option to add on more coasters, postcards, magnets, etc. (including some merch that wasn't offered as part of the KS for Chapter Two).
It's also your ONLY chance to grab one of the ten extra Nick Robles variant covers for Chapter Two. Speaking of that cover, Nick's been working away at it. And while it's not quite done yet, he's let us share this AMAZING sneak peek.
It's pretty stunning. All of us at Team Ash are thrilled to have Nick's work added to the White Ash universe. We're sure they're going to go quickly. So if you want one, keep an eye out for that survey.

If you have friends who've missed the Kickstarter who are interested in getting a copy of White Ash, you can tell them our preorder store is now open. This is also the place to go if you were a digital backer and decide later on that you'd like a print copy of the book.
Conor is working away on the Atlas Ads right now. Once he's done with those and we have all our backer names collected, we will be sending out the PDF's for Chapter Two. If all goes well, we'll have them to you before that March Lion is done roaring.
